Just create a template for each habit, and set the days of the week you want it to repeat.

With these settings, all your habits will be ready for you to check everyday!

Step 1:

Create one template of each habit clicking on New ⇒ New template

Note: You just have to fill the name and icon. The date is automatically created everyday.

Step 2:

Set the frequency of each habit by clicking on NewRepeat and choosing in which days of the week you want the habit to be created.
